Coffee is high in acid which creates a PH imbalance. When your PH levels are imbalanced other things get out of whack. Personally I can tell myself because my urine stinks, or my breath will be bad, even body odor itself can be attributes to PH balance.
Coffee constrict blood vessels, (most people know this) reducing oxygen. Reduced oxygen caused cells to die. Think of the brain when oxygen is reduced, not to mention weight gain.
I use to live in Colorado, 2 miles above sea level (15% less oxygen than sea level oxygen). Every time I would visit relatives at sea level, my energy levels increased so much I was practically bouncing off the walls (they must have thought I was nuts or on drugs.) Not to mention each time I visited I lost 10 pounds without trying.
Coffee increases your risk of arthritis, obesity, diabetes, depression and so much more.
It also dehydrates the body.

Before I gave you details about the Ganoderma mushroom. Now I'm going tell you what I've learned over the years.
I've come to understand that the food that we ALL have been eating has been tainted with man made chemicals. Don't believe me... look in your cabinets and read the ingredients. If you can't grow it or raise it on a farm it is un-natural. It is man made. Which also means our bodies ARE NOT equipped to digest it. If it is not digested, it is absorbed into our bodies.
THIS IS WHY YOU ARE SICK. This is why you have pain that is unexplained.

Anyway, I did eat as close to organic as I could and a lot of pain went away. But this is hard to do when you live in a fast food society and work 40 plus hours a week, with an active family. Sometimes you just don't have time to grow, pick, and prepare ALL of your meals, make everything from scratch. But I did feel better.
You can now buy a lot of organic foods, but not all is 100%, all of the time.
It can be costly, which is worth it.
More so...sometimes you just want a Twinkie.
Even if you are able to overcome all that I have just written, you still have impurities in your body that you have been eating from the beginning of your life.
What do you do? Colon cleanse, kidney cleanse, liver cleans, heavy metal detox. And that is just the beginning.
Great if your a millionaire, trust fund baby, movie star, etc. But most of us can't afford to do that for ourselves, much less for our whole family. Not to mention time consuming and a bit painful (colon cleanse). Trust me I've tried.
I have spent thousands of dollars at health food stores trying to cleanse myself of all of the poisons that have been intentionally and unintentionally introduced into my body. I never could keep up with it all. (Three times a day for 2 weeks then twice a day for 1 week and so on (just for one cleanse))
I drink coffee anyway. Why not drink a coffee that has a very good possibility to take away the pain.
If you don't order this coffee through me, PLEASE get it from someone. Try it. Just be careful, the first batch I bought and drank had aluminum in it. Which can lead to heavy metal toxicity. Read the ingredients. DON'T BUY COFFEE WITH ALUMINUM (ALUMINUM IS BAD))
There are some ads on this website that have aluminum in their coffee. As soon as I figure out how to get them off of this website I will. In the meantime, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Call me crazy but I believe if everyone was healthy and in no pain the world would be a better place. Plus, the health of my loved ones is more important than money.
